如何消除黑眼圈?
每天早晚使用富含维他命A.E.C成分的眼霜。
眼睛干涩时交替冷热敷眼部四周,让血液不滞留在眼部。
经常按摩眼睛周围的穴位,促进血液循环。
晚上睡前两小时尽量不喝水,清晨起床后喝一大杯白开水。
多吃富含纤维质的天然食品,避免便秘。
睡眠时将枕头垫高,让血液回流快,并尽量减少趴着睡,减低下眼皮水肿
当然,最重要还是休息好,
有充足的睡眠,和健康的饮食习惯!
